DAMAGED GOODS
If your item has been delivered damaged (or if you have received the wrong item) please contact us within 5 working days of receipt of your order via email at jlewisthompson@hotmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue. We will require the following information -
- Your Full Name
- Order Number
- Up to 3 images of the Damaged/Incorrect Item
If the item has been damaged as a result of shipping please allow us time to file a claim with the courier. This may take a few weeks to complete therefore we appreciate your patience.
PLEASE NOTE - We will only investigate an issue if it is reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of the order.
Should a refund be approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
LOST OR STOLEN GOODS
If your item has not been delivered please email us as soon as possible with your name, order number at jlewisthompson@hotmail.com
We will then investigate this directly will update you accordingly as to the progress of the claim. We may require your assistance to process the claim, therefore again your patience is greatly appreciated.
