COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
As with the majority of delivery services there may be a slight delay in shipping times. As always we appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
DELIVERY METHOD
Orders are despatched via Royal Mail at the rate calculated at the Checkout.
SHIPPING TIMES
We are currently allowing 3-5 working days from the date an order is received to when it is shipped.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Should you receive an attempted delivery notification please follow the instructions noted. If you neglect to pick up your parcel from the directed post office within the designated time frame and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an error entering your delivery address, J Lewis-Thompson will not be responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to redirect or redeliver the package.
Should J Lewis-Thompson be incorrectly invoiced for fees incurred as a result of returned parcels due to the circumstances mentioned above then an e-mail will be sent direct to you with the outstanding balance. This needs to be paid within 5 working days of receipt.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international parcels are sent via the Royal Mail as an International Standard Parcel. For the foreseeable we will not be offering tracking numbers as the current cost of postage is high due to the Covid-19 impact.
J Lewis-Thompson is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, nor to make you aware of these of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to confirm their terms and conditions and any potential charges
